Appearing as a guest on the Goop podcast, Blanco said Gomez's diet resembles that of "a five year old child."
He stated that "burgers and fries" are among Gomez's preferred foods, and claimed that the singer's love for fast food makes it an ideal breakfast choice for her.
Blanco further revealed that before the show, he saw Gomez eating from Jack in the Box at 6:45 a.m.
Upon hearing this, host Paltrow responded by saying, "This is NOT Goop approved."
Blanco stated that Gomez "doesn't really like fruits or vegetables," and that when she orders a chicken salad, she eats the toppings and leaves the greens for him.
According to The Daily Mail, Gomez had once said that Jack in the Box is her favorite fast food restaurant.
"I get two tacos, two egg rolls, curly fries, and a chicken sandwich," she said. She reportedly does not follow a strict diet.
Gomez has spoken publicly about being subjected to body-related criticism online, including claims that she uses weight-loss medications like Ozempic, according to Cosmopolitan.

'Life Is Too Short Not to Enjoy Food'
Amy Rosoff Davis, Gomez's personal trainer, told Cosmopolitan that she does not believe in restrictive dieting.
"I don't believe in denying yourself, but I also believe in moderation. Life is too short not to enjoy food," Davis said.
Davis further revealed that Gomez's preferred breakfast is half of a breakfast burrito made with rice, beans, scrambled eggs, chorizo and avocado.
In an interview with Vogue, Gomez, however, had stated that she has made it her utmost priority to drink plenty of water adding that she wants to stay hydrated.
"I have a juicer I'm staring at right now, so I always have my vegetables and my fruit for the juicer," she said.
Davis noted that she does not let Gomez weigh herself. "I don't believe in scales — I just don't think it's healthy. I can definitely see the difference, and other people can too," Davis told Cosmopolitan, adding, "I've never weighed her."
