Kristi Noem’s Scandal-Plagued Year Takes Another Hit as Melania Trump Takes Over Her $70M Luxury Jet

For Kristi Noem, things don’t seem to be settling down anytime soon. First Lady Melania Trump will now be taking over a $70 million Boeing 737 Max 8 previously used by Kristi Noem. The former Homeland Security Secretary has had a difficult year.

First, she was removed from her position as the Department of Homeland Security Secretary by the President over the alleged $200 million flashy DHS advertisement. Soon, rumors of her alleged affair with Corey Lewandowski began circulating after photos from their South America trip surfaced. She was asked to appear before the Senate Judiciary Committee in March. When questioned, Noem refused to directly address questions about the alleged affair.

Just as the controversy began to die down, she once again became a target of critics after her husband, Bryon Noem’s, secret double life and claims about his involvement in the ‘bimbofication’ community surfaced. As reported by The Daily Mail, Bryon was talking to various models online under a fake name and dreamt of having “huge, ridiculous bo—”. The disturbing pictures of him dressed up in tight, feminine outfits were released.

Noem’s husband, Bryon, too, admitted to being aware of her affair with Corey Lewandowski. He said, “I know, and there’s nothing I can do about it.” Kristi currently has a new job as a special worker for a group called the Shield of the Americas. However, Kristi has suffered another major blow as her luxurious plane, Boeing 737 Max 8, will now be used by Melania Trump. Noem is no longer allowed to use the plane and will now have to find a new way to travel.

As reported by The Wall Street Journal, Kristi Noem’s jet will now be used by the members of the Trump administration and the First Lady. The plane is ultra luxurious and comes with a bar, a big bedroom, and many showers. Noem reportedly used the plane for deportation-related operations. This led to the government officials questioning the purpose of the plane, as to why such a luxurious plane was needed to deport people. In March, Noem could not explain why she needed a fancy jet for such work.

Ahead of the crucial midterm elections, Noem’s jet will now be used to travel across the country for election purposes. However, Melania Trump remains the primary user of the luxury jet.

According to The List, the plane went on to become one of the reasons behind Kristi’s downfall, apart from her controversial tenure as DHS head. She also tried to use the jet to stay in Donald Trump’s good graces and reportedly shared it with Melania Trump. The First Lady used Kristi’s plane for various trips. Since Noem and Lewandowski thought they had helped Melania with the jet, they believed nothing could harm them. But things took a U-turn as both Noem and Lewandowski were fired from their jobs.
